Haydee Flores is a professional with over 15 years of experience in claims management and reinsurance. She has led teams at GNP Seguros as Claims Recovery Manager, optimizing collection processes and managing significant claims. She holds an MBA in Risk Management with a specialization in insurance and is recognized for her skills in analysis, organization, and problem-solving.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universidad Anahuac Mexico, specializing in International Finance, and a Diploma in Risk Management from the same institution, as well as certification in Reinsurance and Insurance Adjustment from IMESFAC, he has over 12 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry, both in local and international markets. He specializes in claims management as a retail and reinsurance broker, and has gained knowledge and experience handling multiple lines of reinsurance business across most LATAM and Central America. This experience has been obtained while working for companies such as Aeromexico, Cooper Gay, and WTW.

A professional with a solid background in Accounting, having graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) with a specialization in Strategic Operations Management in Goods and Services Companies. With over 12 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry, he has held key roles in recognized companies both locally and internationally. His career includes positions such as Accounting Assistant, Adjuster, Claims Executive, Deputy Claims Manager, as well as Claims Recovery Manager and Special Business Handling.



Various certifications and has completed specialized industry courses, including a diploma in Risk Management and several trainings in insurance underwriting, claims management, and safety.
